  • 跨作品形态比对难:网文多为百万字长篇,而AI漫剧、微短剧篇幅短、视听属性强,文字与视听作品的比对耗时耗力
  • “缝合怪”认定无标准:不少侵权作品仅抄原著10%的核心“名场面”就可获利
